Police stop five men in Harlem in an automobile and recover two loaded firearms. Guns thrown out by a Manhattan Supreme Court Judge after Suppression Hearing.

2019 Federal Narcotics Distribution Indictment
Client charged in the SDNY and Federal District of Colorado with narcotics offenses in each federal district, facing 78-97 months incarceration. Colorado federal judge granted our sentencing departure motion and sentenced the client to a concurrent sentence on both cases to 34 months.

2019 New Jersey Burglary/Terroristic Threats/Cyber Harassment
Client facing serious charges in New Jersey Superior Court. After conducting our own investigation, Client resolved the case by pleading guilty to a petty disorderly persons offense. No jail. No probation.
